Summary:
Position is responsible for leading overall direction for Facilities Management with a Major US Hospitality Company with several Urban Assets.
Owner is a long term holder of same assets.
Individual will develop Best Practices for protection and maintaining / increasing asset value and extending asset life.
Acts as point person for maintaining and managing all National Vendor/contractor relationships in the Engineering discipline.
Directly leads and manages Regional Directors of Engineering to execute annual plans and initiatives.
Interfaces with owners on all major building and facility programs and annual capital execution, planned and unplanned as needed.
Responsibilities Develop and execute annual business plan for group Leader of organizations Preventative maintenance program (METS) including monthly calls, audits oversight, action plans and newsletters Establish and Direct Energy strategy for properties Owner liaison on capital execution and major building issues Act as lead interface for all National vendor and service provider relationship Works in association with Design & Construction Teams to understand and influence consistent designs for all projects.
Understand the goals of the company and can incorporate and mentor direct reports.
Takes Hands on approach to problem solving.
Inspects all properties on a regular basis - identifying long term goals for each property.
Establish Best Practices Procedures with Direct Reports input.
