TBD (8 Hours) Monday through Friday, when school is in session and lunch is served.
Hours may vary with workload.
SALARY RANGE:

Must cook and prepare meals as needed as required by the School Lunch Program using U.

Assists with clean up as needed.
You will fill in for absent employees as needed.
As Assistant Manager you will be molded into a Manager.
Successful applicant will assist Manager with maintaining the kitchen, storeroom, freezers and refrigerators in a clean and orderly manner.
She/he will keep records as required for state reports.
She/he will assist Manager as necessary.
Successful applicant will learn all aspects of the kitchen including ordering food, doing inventory, filling in production sheets and doing day end work and any other duties assigned by the manager.
SHE/HE WILL TAKE OVER IN MANAGERS ABSENCE.
REQUIREMENTS:
Job requires cooking experience and must be able to follow institutional recipes as written.
Must have good math skills.
Computer knowledge necessary and you must learn Point Of Sale Cashiering System.
Job also requires fluent English, good communication skills, including writing and reading abilities, as a successful applicant, you will need to communicate with students, staff, administration and the public.
Applicant must be able to push, pull or lift items weighing at least 35 pounds.
YOU MUST BE SERV SAFE CERTIFIED HAVING PASSED WITH 85% OR BETTER AND MAINTAIN 85%.
You will be required to pass an assistant manager test.
You will also be required to attend any job-related training or meetings as requested by the Food Service Director.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
