What you will do:
Continue to develop Unity Hospice's palliative care program Manage a caseload of palliative patients Assist with all aspects of patient care including:
diagnosis, treatment, medication management, assessments, and consultations Maintain comprehensive knowledge in field of hospice and palliative care Travel to patients wherever they reside:
Home, nursing facility etc.
Requirements:
What you need to have:
Valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license NPI number, or ability to obtain one Controlled Substance License and DEA Number (preferred) Willingness to enter into collaborative agreement with Hospice Medical Director Driver's license, insurance and vehicle 1-2 years of nursing experience (preferred) Utmost compassion and integrity
