This is a part-time position.
Days/hours are flexible depending upon workflow and capability.
Responsibilities:
General office operations, creating and printing weekly church materials, creating and distributing church-wide e-mails, learning church database software, entering data and producing reports when assigned, assisting the Office Manager with financial responsibilities and various tasks, other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin, excellent computer proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook), Quickbooks and bookkeeping.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, a self-starter, team player, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, critical thinker, strong organizational and communication skills (ability to read, write and/or speak Greek is desired but not required), excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work, proficiency in grammar and spelling, ability to multi-task, must be a committed Christian.
College degree is desired but not required.
Starting pay is according to experience and skills aptitude.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
