is seeking applicants for a part-time position as an Administrative Support Professional at their Merrillville location.
The position offers 25 hours per week 9:
00 AM-2:
00 PM Monday through Friday.
Some flexibility in hours may be considered.
The duties of this position would include:
? Greeting visitors to the building ? Answering, directing, and making phone calls ? Data entry ? Employee credential tracking ? Filing documents ? Auditing files ? Communicate professionally with employees and consumers ? Other office tasks as requested The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and assets:
? Basic computer skills ? Ability to make and take phone calls comfortably ? Able to prioritize tasks and complete them as requested ? A pleasant and cheerful demeanor at all times ? Accept directions well and learn new skills as needed ? Work as part of a team in order to maintain quality services for individuals With developmental disabilities Job Type:
