We are looking for a sales & customer service associate to help with customers.
This candidate responsibilities will include:
Help answering phone calls & processing phone orders.
Answering basic technical questions (we will train you).
Working with the shipping department to update customers on delivery times.
Answering customers questions via email and social media.
Skills/Requirements Knowledge of automotive drag racing is a plus but not a requirement.
Self motivated Knowledge of using social media business platforms High school diploma Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively prioritize work tasks and maintain focus.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills required.
This position is Monday-Friday, from 8:
00am to 4:
30PM.
