$152,394 - $206,181 - Health Insurance Employer Pays 75% (Approximately $80 Per Pay Period)

Responsibilities:
- Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, promoting Work / Life Balance - No On-Call, No Nights, No Weekends
- Collaborate with a Full Support Staff
- Maintain Autonomy in dental practice
Requirements:
- Open to New Graduates
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to dental care
- Clear and Active Dental License (DMD or DDS) in the State of Indiana
