We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team.
The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of our facilities.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
Provide routine maintenance - Replace light bulbs, repair plumbing, repair furniture Center Grounds - Trim, mow, weed, fertilize, snow removal Paint structures as needed Know proper procedures / equipment safety Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 Years of relevant experience Must be able to lift/carry 10-40 pounds
