Responsibilities include:
Answering and directing incoming calls Completing general office tasks Greeting Clients and Employees Professionally and effectively meet and communicate with the public.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Practices Work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful situations Flexibility and willingness to learn and work on different tasks as needed Consistent accuracy when performing responsibilities and tasks.
Maintain positive relationships amongst all departments Reliability with attendance and flexibility with shift coverage Previous Medical or Mental Health billing experience preferred.
Qualifications include High school diploma or equivalent (GED) completion.
, Current Knowledge of computer programs, Word/Excel/Outlook/Power point, previous office experience.
